Having just purchased my new home, I did a lot of research into Solar Systems, Panels and the 100,s of So called Free Systems on offer and looked hard at my individual needs. I discovered not all Solar Systems are the same or are of the same Quality. I decided after numerous quotes, that Coastal Solar Solutions was the best fit for my needs and could offer me the best quality all round. My system was installed in February 2024 and I could not be happier with my decision. I now have 18kw on my roof, delivering 10kw to the grid and supplying my total home needs at the same time. Hi, I was introduced to Coastal Solar Solutions by a friend, a great researcher, who had them install Solar at Terrigal. After researching to my own satisfaction, talking to 3 businesses, 3 quotes, I concluded Steve Torpy of C.S.S's, gave the clearest, straight forward understandable and qualified answers to all my questions That was 2.5 yrs ago. Hence I write this. The real proof of the pudding, when there is a hick up, then what happens. We had a prob, leaking roof. Steve's men came back real soon, I observed their activities and they demonstrated why the problem was not generated by them. It turned out that previous builder i had used unwittingly had caused the problem. (clay tiles are brittle). If you use them, if you dont hear back, text again, they are very busy, they will respond. And for now, 2,5 yrs later; Very happy, they know their 'stuff'. As I type, its 1.27pm, completely overcast sky, light rain, 5kw system, facing West by North, (roughly 283degrees west) and the system is producing 1.7kwh; the solar HAS been heating the How Water Storage tank also during the day.
