Mark Ralph2024-08-23After extensive research we had the 8.8 kW Solar system with 20x Trena Solar vertex s+ panels installed by Coastal Solar Solutins in April 2024. From start to finish the job was fully explained in fine detail and carried out fast and efficiently and everything we needed to know about our new system was explained again so we totally understood. So we've had Autumn and winter electricity bills and both were substantially lower to the corresponding bills of last year. We are in Bensville and have shade issues during the colder months and the savings were still quite substantial. We cannot recommend Steve and his crew highly enough.

Grahame Armstrong2024-05-01Hi, I was introduced to Coastal Solar Solutions by a friend, a great researcher, who had them install Solar at Terrigal. After researching to my own satisfaction, talking to 3 businesses, 3 quotes, I concluded Steve Torpy of C.S.S's, gave the clearest, straight forward understandable and qualified answers to all my questions That was 2.5 yrs ago. Hence I write this. The real proof of the pudding, when there is a hick up, then what happens. We had a prob, leaking roof. Steve's men came back real soon, I observed their activities and they demonstrated why the problem was not generated by them. It turned out that previous builder i had used unwittingly had caused the problem. (clay tiles are brittle). If you use them, if you dont hear back, text again, they are very busy, they will respond. And for now, 2,5 yrs later; Very happy, they know their 'stuff'. As I type, its 1.27pm, completely overcast sky, light rain, 5kw system, facing West by North, (roughly 283degrees west) and the system is producing 1.7kwh; the solar HAS been heating the How Water Storage tank also during the day. Storage HWS is a 'battery'. Yes, storage hot water. Think about it. Rgds, Grahame. P.S. CSS; honest, work with integrity, I highly recommend them CSS.
